A method for formation of information messages, providing a higher degree of informativeness and efficiency of the automated dispatch control system and using of the one half-duplex backbone link for sharing the information with distributed controlled items at maximal speed possible for each control item has been proposed. The method provides the clock synchronization stability due to replacing the flags, which in ISO 13239 completely fill the pauses between the transmission of the information messages to the single-byte «meanders» consisting of alternating signals «1» and «0».

The problem of increasing the operational information exchange of remote control systems, taking into account the delay and corruption of the information in any module and device, included in the route information delivery source to the receiver, has been considered. The inefficiency of forming all components of the working cycle in the common for all modules controller has been shown. The requirements to organization of the information exchange using the Protocol IEC 870-5-101 have been formulated.

The possibilities for creating an automated flow meter with liquid mark have been considered. The factors influencing upon the accuracy of the gas volume measurement have been analyzed. As a steady-state model of the converter a new analytical dependency has been offered. The designed steady-state model will permit to define the dominant inaccuracies of the flow meter with the purpose of searching for the most optimal ways of improving its accuracy.
