Automated control systems used for managing and monitoring complex distributed objects comprise numerous interconnected components and control levels. Efficient resource allocation helps ensure their consistent operation and interaction. Automation tools typically lack a subsystem for managing information resources with diverse event (operational) histories and processing mutually unformalizable information. Multilevel automated control systems lack means for enhancing the efficiency of utilizing available information resources based on a given system of logic-algebraic rules. In this work a logic-algebraic model of multilevel automated control system for adaptive control of complex distributed objects was presented. The model features by system of logical inference rules regarding the control goals attainability, actions feasibility, and information resource management activities. The application of the logic-algebraic model has enhanced the control responsiveness and quality. A procedure forming logical rules system for the information resources management of a control system was proposed. The procedure is characterized by defining predicates for recognizing object states, goal attainability, and action feasibility for achieving goals during the execution of control activities. The application of this procedure has facilitated the formation of logical rules system during design phase and editing these rules during operation.
