The possibility of creating a volumetric nanostructure for recovery of the improper bones and tissues (or for treatment of the native defects of human evolution) has been considered. Four types of multi-layer and one-layer carbon nanotubes, manufactured by the methods of theкьo-catalytic dissociation, disproportioning on Fe-clusters and thermal cathode dispersion in the inert gas, have been investigated. The possibility of applying the volumetric nanocompositions as a bio solder for laser welding of the cartilage tissue has been demonstrated. The tissue compatibility with the nanocomposition material introduced into the rabbit ear perichondrium has been examined.

The properties of the biological tissue laser nanowelding have been investigated. The high thermo- and photo stability of the solder composition based on the water albumin dispersion with the single-layer and multi-layer carbon nanotubes has been demonstrated. The specimens of the bull trachea cartilage and the pig skin were investigated as the biological tissue objects in vitro. The nanosolder usage allowed a several times increase of the tensile strength of the laser welds of a relatively traditional solder based on the albumin dispersion. The results have demonstrated the potential possibilities of a laser solder for welding of the biological tissues.

The results of works on creation of the first domestic left ventricular assist device AVK-N «Sputnik» on the basis of the implantable axial pump of the heart left ventricle have been presented. The main design features and characteristics of the pump and electronic control unit have been given. The variants for using the pump in clinical practice have been described. The results of the implantation of the pumps to patients with an acute heart failure have been presented.
