The influence of the non-stationary effects in the growth equipment on formation of the concentration microinhomogeneities of impurity in crystals, grown by the method of vertical directed crystallization, has been investigated. The concentration microinhomogeneity has been numerically calculated with the furnace temperature profile control error within 0.1 to 0.5 K and with the non-stationary movement of the crucible with the step from 0.1 to 100 microns. The recommendations for reducing the concentration microinhomogeneity in crystals have been given.
