Authors’ rights
The authors publishing papers in this journal agree with the following:
1. The authors reserve the authors’ rights and let the journal the right of the first publication of the paper, which on expiry of 12 months after publication automatically is licensed on conditions of Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows a distribution of this paper with obligatory reservation of references to the authors of an original paper and to the original publication in this journal.
2. The authors have the right to place their paper in Internet (for example, at the institute repository of or a personal site) till and during the process of its considering by this journal, because this may lead to a productive consideration and to a bigger number of references to this paper. The names and E-mail addresses, introduced on the site of this journal, will be used exclusively for the purposes, indicated by this journal, and will not be used for any other purposes or will not be given to other persons or institutions.
