For studying this phenomenon it is necessary to perform the long-term experimental tests at specific frequencies of the system operation in different weather conditions. The problems of designing a stand-alone module for collecting and processing signals in a multi-channel radar receiver have been examined. The technical requirements, the module structure, the operating principles and parts, used in order to obtain the 24-bits accuracy, the long battery life and small size have been discussed. The data logger considered is designed for the multi-channel (up to 8 channels) 24-bits analog-to-digital conversion of analogue signals with the sampling frequency up to 200 Hz in each channel and for writing the digitized data to an SD card (up to 32 GB) during 168 hours battery operation.

Based on the programmable chip the on-board computer for the unmanned vehicle with command radio control has been developed. The comparison of this device with a similar discrete-component one has been performed, the possibility of the implementation using ASIC has been considered.

The characteristics of the known IP-cores of the Fast Fourier transform module as well as its basic building blocks have been analyzed. The problems of creating a fully independent platform HDL-description of this module for the FPGA-based, semicustom or custom integrated circuits have been identified. The approach to development of a universal HDL-description based on the platform independent control unit and adopted to the platform main structural blocks has been proposed.

The concept of conjugate designing miniature onboard information-control systems and hardware-software complexes for their testing has been described. It has been shown that the effect is achieved due to participation of a developer of radioelectronic equipment in drafting the specification for ASICs as well as in the process of their development taking into account all the necessary methods of forming the test actions and diagnostics of the system as a whole.

The effectiveness of training the developers of the analog equipment can be significantly enhanced by establishing the logically grounded connections between the subjects, which are a part of the circuitry program. Currently, these items are not connected in a single complex. A number of the alternative approaches, which make it possible to increase the visualization of the analysis and design of the analog devices, making them systemic and algorithmic ones, have been proposed. It has been shown, that the developed methods ensure the efficiency of the analysis and design of the schemes, improve the reliability of the results obtained. The essence of the proposals has been illustrated on concrete examples. The developed complex of approaches permits to improve the efficiency of the processes of analysis and design of the analog circuits, to make them more formalized and visual.
