Currently, the quantity of non-utilized wastes in our country is estimated as 82 billions, and the average level of their secondary use is only 35%. In the work, the imitation model of improving the efficiency of the information support of the control process in the automated systems of the industrial wastes collection and recycling has been presented. A description of the proposed software implementation of the model as well as the functional, allowing an estimation of various options of stimulating impacts and choosing of the most effective waste lifecycle management strategy, have been given. The results can be used in the modeling processes and in various subject areas.
