Two diacoptic methods completely solving the problem of the timing characterization of the static memory units have been presented [1]. The methods are distinguished by both the efficiency and the ways of maintaining the Spice-adequacy of the calculations. The results of the pre-production operation of the matching program implementation in comparison with those ones of activation of itinerary CAD Cadence, providing logical-timing modeling, have been presented. Thus, in all cases and in equal conditions the variants of the observed class memory device were characterized. The methods have been offered and the general theoretical basis to improve the accuracy of the tabular diacoptic methods as the most promising ones has been specified.
