The analysis of the Federal classification waste catalogue system has been carried out. The danger class calculation for producing waste has been performed, the component composition has been determined , and based on the results of the conducted investigations the proposals for implementation of an additional information block, containing the data on the final stage the nano- and microsystem technology production cycle, have been made.
