The influence of heat on the accuracy characteristics of star devices has been considered. For thermal influence investigation and analysis the mathematical model has been developed. Using this model the functions of the temperature distribution along one of axes of the star sensor have been obtained. The accuracy losses values of the sensor have been determined.
