The design of the AD5933-based impedance meter for using in the compact small-size devices has been considered. The comparison and analysis of schematic solutions for the given component have been performed and the hardware and software features while working with the given microcircuit have been reviewed. The testing of the impedance meter, designed on AD5933 base, has been carried out and the comparison of the obtained results with the laboratory meter has been made.
