It has been found that the bandgap of anode Cu2O containing 5 at.% Cl is 1,8 eV. It has been shown that the resistance of the chlorine-containing Cu2O resistors is almost 5 orders reduced in the 20-75° temperature range and is 2 times exponentially decreased with the light exposure increasing from 0 up to 450 lux. Two opposite-included p-n junction (inversal layers) formations have been revealed in the contact areas of Cu-Cu2)+5 at.%Cl-Cu structures, that is detected while varying the temperature and the light exposure.
