Gorbatsevich, Academician of the RAS, Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.), Professor of P. N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the RAS, and to Sergey P. Timoshenkov, Dr. Sci. (Eng.), Prof., Director of MIET Institute of nano- and microsystem technology.
As authorized by Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, K1 category is assigned to the scientific and technical journal "Proceedings of Universities. Electronics". Henceforward its publications in Russia are equivalent to publications in journals indexed in Web of
