As authorized by Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, K1 category is assigned to the scientific and technical journal "Proceedings of Universities. Electronics". Henceforward its publications in Russia are equivalent to publications in journals indexed in Web of
Science, Scopus, Springer, PubMed, MathSciNet, zbMATH, Chemical Abstracts, GeoRef and RSCI journals list.
