On September 23, 2024, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin conferred a title on Merited Employee of Electronic Industry to three members of Editorial Board of the journal "Proceedings of Universities. Electronics": to Aleksey L. Pereverzev, Dr. Sci. (Eng.), Assoc. Prof., Professor of the MIET Institute of integral electronics n. a. acad. K. A. Valiev, to Aleksandr A. Gorbatsevich, Academician of the RAS, Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.), Professor of P. N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the RAS, and to Sergey P. Timoshenkov, Dr. Sci. (Eng.), Prof., Director of MIET Institute of nano- and microsystem technology.
