The circuits of EEPROM and Flash memory sense amplifiers have been considered. Their classification and analysis have been carried out. An option of the sense amplifier circuit with the best set of parameters for sensitivity, speed and noise, temperature and supply voltage variation immunity has been selected. The methods for calculation of the selected sense amplifier have been developed, the modeling results have been presented for a sense amplifier realized using a CMOS 0.18μm technology.
