The interaction of the ring-shaped chiral layers located on a thin dielectric substrate with the electromagnetic field (EMF) of centimeter and decimeter ranges has been considered. It has been shown that this interaction is of the resonance nature and depends on the rings structure and inter-location. The calculation methods for reflection and passing spectra for such layers have been suggested, also, the experimental study results for the same systems have been presented and the correspondence of the experimental data and the calculated ones has been demonstrated.
