The method of a high-performance systolic processor hardware dynamic reconfiguration has been considered. The processor elements addressing system has been integrated into the computing system hardware, also, the global interconnection system providing the effectiveness of the hardware reconfiguration of the system hardware, its energy efficiency and high performance as a whole has been introduced.
