Virtual laboratory benches have been used in the educational process when training qualified personnel to work with high-precision test and measurement equipment. They allow them to get acquainted with the appearance and features of real equipment. However, such virtual benches are not full-fledged digital twins as they do not correspond with the real samples features completely. It is urgent to develop digital twins that encompass the physical and behavioral aspects of the test and measurement equipment to provide personnel with comprehensive experience in working with devices. The digital twins of an oscilloscope and a complex waveform generator were designed in LabVIEW, completely imitating the appearance and operating features of real prototypes. Training guide was developed to get personnel introduced with the controls and functions of the devices, including adjustment, calibration and study of the complex waveform electrical signals. The implementation of the test and measurement equipment digital twins allows increasing personnel development efficiency due to wide functionality and the possibility of organizing distance education.
