The empiric algorithm of the segmentation task solution in the tech vision systems has been considered. The analysis of the heuristic and quasi-topological contour segmentation algorithms has been carried out and the preferable fields of their use have been shown. The hierarchical data organization for the image analysis and processing has been offered.

To obtain the high-quality photographs of environment the unmanned aerial vehicles are commonly used. One of the tasks of photogrammetric processing of images, obtained from unmanned aerial vehicle, is providing topographic areas. A method based on the estimated characteristics, using the reference points for sewing together the frames of the image from unmanned aerial vehicles, has been offered. The multi-route (area) aerial photography permitting to receive the aerial pictures from several parallel routs has been analyzed. To obtain acceptable frame accuracy, the projection error with respect to the object height has been taken into account. The considered model of the photogrammetric processing of digital data, obtained from any recoding equipment, is used to solve a wide range of the tasks related to the reconstruction of 3D models for architecture and topography from digital images. To apply fasts sewing the frames of an image, the scales of photos vary from 1:10000 to 1:50000, and the accuracy of images being sewn can reach 1 m in space of the objects.

The methods of allocating images by the invariant function of the moments, the organization of the hierarchical agglomerative algorithms, intermediate and main moments of inertia have been considered. The synthesis of the method for chain coding the contours of images has been presented and the method of the moment invariant features has been realized.
