Method and Means for AC Parameters of High Speed ADC Debugging

The analysis of the factors affecting the AC performance of the ADC and the used simulation modes has been presented. The methods for evaluation of the dynamic parameters of the 12-bit ADC being designed on the 180 nm technology have been suggested.
