The algorithm for calculating the parameters of the EL2 trap electron-phonon interaction has been developed and implemented on a GaAs example. Based on the given parameters the field dependences of nonradiating junctions from the given trap and the reverse currents of pn-junctions on GaAs, which well correlate with the experiment results, have been calculated.
