An automated method of empirical and theoretical modeling of the temperature dependence of the electric parameters of ferroelectric materials based on the Curie-Weiss law has been proposed. The metrological analysis of the temperature measuring channel of the information-measuring system for the study on ferroelectrics, which improves the accuracy of measurements and modeling, has been performed.
