The energetic characteristics of indoor wave propagations have been analyzed. The building units have been presented as rectangular cavity resonators, exciting the multimode oscillations. The simple formulas for the power flow leaking over the boundary walls have been obtained. The results of the work can be considered as the theoretical validation of the energetic formulation of the waveguide indoor propagation model.
