Some issues of the energy efficiency as a function of complexity have been considered. The mathematical expressions for determining the computational complexity of individual functional codec blocks have been presented. It has been shown that the computational complexity of the algorithm RPE-LTP is three times higher than that of ZOP. It has been concluded that the application of the algorithm is possible in mobile communication networks, the energy characteristic of which is one of the most important characteristics.
