The peculiarities of the reversible contact formation in the movable electrode - ferroelectric structure with the dielectric permittivity high value under voltage pulse action have been investigated. The application of the ferroelectric film has been shown to give rise to creation of the anomalous high electric field energy density up to 10 J/m, pressure up to 10 N/m, and, respectively, cohesion forces in the manometer gap between the surfaces.
