An algorithm of the ventricular fibrillation (VF) detection for use in the automatic external defibrillators has been described. The methods of the fibrillation detection, tested on the standard data bases (AHA, MIT), have been presented. An expedient use of the methods in complex has been shown. The introduction of the weight coefficients permits to increase the detection resultant parameters.
