Determining the probability of trouble-free operation of a space monitoring radar station both during normal operation, with constant failure rates of elements over time, and during the aging period is important because the failure rate of elements increases over time. Researches are conducted using methods of reliability theory, the analysis is performed using structural reliability schemes. In this work, an analytical expression for the probability of trouble-free operation of a key subsystem of a space monitoring radar station, which makes it possible to describe both the period of normal operation and the aging period, was obtained. The results of calculations of the probability of trouble-free operation for specific values of the failure rates of the elements are presented. The frequency of maintenance required to ensure a given level of reliability has been determined. An iterative procedure for determining the probability of trouble-free operation during the aging of the system was developed. According to the calculation results, it was shown that for the period of normal operation at the specified failure rates of the elements and the requirement for a probability of uptime of  0.7, the maintenance frequency should be at least 3 times a year. However, during the period of the system aging, it is necessary to increase the frequency of maintenance to meet the requirements for the probability of trouble-free operation.
