Low accuracy and speed of alignment and positioning of elements during automated assembly lead to an increase in the rejection rate and the number of defects in the operation of final products, and a decrease in the overall production capacity. The development of a method for control of alignment and positioning of elements that allows increasing the accuracy of assembly operations due to improved processing of data on the state of actuators and equipment is a relevant objective. In this work, the features of mathematical modeling of alignment and positioning of elements in automated assembly operations in microelectronics are presented. Based on the study of features of assembly operations automation, the formalization of the problem of controlling the alignment and positioning of elements is given. The main parameters affecting the speed and accuracy of automated assembly operations in the manufacture of microelectronics products were revealed. Horizontal, vertical and rotary shifts of elements relative to one another and production table were accounted. A mathematical model of direct and generalized trajectories of alignment and positioning of elements in automated assembly is given. The condition for achieving the alignment and positioning of microelectronics product elements with the required accuracy and speed has been specified. The method for forming a knowledge base of microelectronics product element positions is considered. The developed method for controlling the alignment and positioning of elements during automated assembly of microelectronics products allows implementing the intelligent algorithms for controlling assembly operations.
