It has been shown that at strong temperature dependence of the radiation intensity of LED, used in the LED modules, the limiting density of the LED installation on a heat sink radiator exists, at which the module light intensity is maximum.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p/></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>power light-emitting diodes</kwd><kwd>LED module</kwd><kwd>thermal circuits</kwd><kwd>thermal regime</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta>
