The most perspective method for physical realization of the capacitor-transistor logic elements structure, designed using the device technology modeling tools, has been considered and the comparative study on the energetic characteristics of this type elements compared to CMOS elements has been performed. This study enables the author to come to an optimistic conclusion about further efforts in this direction.
