The analysis of operating system of radiation hardness assurance shows that in order to work effectively, it requires radiation hardness control during fabrication, considering the features of each stage of microelectronic product life cycle. In this work an approach to providing predictive control of the stability of the radiation resistance of microelectronics products in the production process, taking into account the category of radiation resistance of each type of microcircuits. It is shown that the developed basic algorithms for predictive control of the stability of the radiation resistance of microcircuits in mass production for each of the categories of radiation resistance guarantee the necessary completeness, reliability and informative control while minimizing technical and economic costs and the volume of radiation tests.
