On Existence of Transversal Acoustoelectric Waves of Stoneley Type and Possibility of their Application in Acoustonanoelectronics

For the first time the Stoneley’s problem has been analytically solved for cubic symmetry piezoheterolayers. The new types of acoustoelectrical waves, in contrast to the classical waves of Stoneley, are plane-polarized in direction, orthogonal to sagital plane. The electrical field of wave in each layer is elliptically polarized in sagital plane. An application of the new types of acoustoelectric waves will permit to broaden the functional abilities of modern acoustoelectric devices and, is directly connected with transition from acoustoelectronics to nano acoustoelectronics, corresponding to nanometer interval of wave length with a bearing frequency of about hundreds of gigahertz.
