The diagrams of the controllers for excitation the pulse amplitude of the microwave oscillators on the Gunn diodes have been considered. The definition and the specifications of the pulse microwave generator have been presented. It has been shown that using the amplitude controller in the temperature range ± 50 °C has enabled to reduce the change of the oscillating frequency from 200 to 65 MHz and the change of the output power from 1.24 dB to 0.6 dB, and to compress the radiated radio pulses from 5 to 2 MHz.
